Test Your Stress is a proposed mobile application concept currently being explored developed by Mark Owens as part of the MSc in Creative Digital Media at DIT.
Mark studied business for 4 years as part of his undergraduate degree before deciding to undertake this new challenge in the digital media realm.
The application will be built between May and December 2016 and is focused on dealing with the tracking of a user’s emotional patterns over a period of time, in order to pinpoint possible stress factors and provide users with well presented data that can help reduce or at least manage the cause of their stresses. Mark plans to work with psychologists in order to make more informed decisions and obtain experts opinions.
